Classic Sports was initially a sporting goods store in Richmond, Virginia. At some point they decided to sponsor a roller hockey team. Soon thereafter, the sponsorship stopped after they contributed a total of zero dollars to the team.

For many years the team thrived on creating chaos in the majority of roller hockey leagues in the area but have since expanded their quest and are now taking on ice hockey.
